How long will it take until I have a new kitchen?
The timeline will ultimately depend on how much enabling and preparatory work your property needs. Following this, your kitchen will take 6-8 weeks to be manufactured. At the beginning of your project, we will provide you with a clear timeline document, notifying you of important dates and timings for your kitchen in progress.
Are appliances included in the cost?
When you have agreed upon a finalised design with us you will receive a one-page document outlining every cost and expense. This will include the cost of every appliance, from your oven to your taps and lighting. We prioritise transparency in our pricing – you will know everything you are paying for in the document provided.
What guarantees are offered with your kitchens?
For the entire time you are in your property, we will support you and your kitchen. We will assist with any issues that arise. All appliances are covered by either a 2-, 3- or 5-year warranty, which can be extended, and the kitchen furniture is accompanied by a 5-year guarantee. This is provided by our German manufacturer.
What do I do if there is a problem with my new kitchen?
If there is a problem with one of your appliances, the route to go down would be to contact the appropriate manufacturer themselves. If it is something with the furniture or you need any other help, our team is the one to contact, either by calling 020 8224 7173 or emailing email@example.com.
